What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details and information you provide so the Deepwater team can respond. This may include your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, preferred contact method, and optional message.
Website analytics
When configured, we use Plausible Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregate activity such as visits, popular pages, general traffic sources, and actions taken on the site. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, health information, or street addresses to analytics. We do not use behavioral advertising, cross-site tracking, or session replay.
Embedded Google reviews
When the reviews section approaches your screen, the site loads the public Google review widget from Trustindex. That request may share technical information such as your IP address and browser details with Trustindex. Links for reading or writing reviews open Google or Trustindex, where those providers’ privacy practices apply.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiry records are stored in Deepwater’s protected website database. The configured transactional-email service sends an immediate notification to the business and a confirmation to you. Email delivery providers process the information needed to deliver those messages.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are retained for 24 months after the last business interaction, then deleted unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship or a legal obligation. Anonymous aggregate analytics follows the retention setting in Deepwater’s analytics account. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact method listed on the website.
Your choices
You can contact Deepwater without using the form. Website analytics can be disabled without affecting forms or the rest of the website.
